|  This all stainless steel mobile roaster is probably the most efficient
roaster you will ever use. Using a combination of propane and
ceramic briquettes we have eliminated the mess of coals as well
as the problem of having to add charcoal on the pit which causes
toxic gases to be released from the unburned coals.
A 64" by 29" foot bed of ceramic briquettes and a series of 11 burners you are able to evenly distribute the heat as well as regulate the temperature from one area of the cooking surface to another. The propane will bring the roaster to temperature within 15 minutes and the lid as well as the burner controls allows you to control the length of cook time by being able to regulate the heat.
